Keeping fit and active during your pregnancy will help you adapt to your changing weight and shape. It can also help you to cope better during labor and get back into shape after the birth. If you’ve had a hard or stressful day at work, exercise may be the best way to relax and ensure you get a good night’s sleep. If you exercise regularly before your pregnancy, keep it up for as long as you feel comfortable.

With the 4D scanning technology of our new Voluson 730 ultrasound, we can obtain amazing real time 3D images of your baby with extraordinary detail. Parents have the chance to see their baby smile, yawn, suck on his little fingers, or scratch her little nose and display other behaviors of a newborn baby.
This procedure takes 20-30 minutes. First a fetal wellness check is conducted, and then some time is spent on obtaining the best possible images of the baby. The 4D movie created during the procedure will be available for parents to take home in the form of a DVD.
The best time for this exam is about 25 weeks into the pregnancy.
The PrenaTest® prenatal screening test is performed during your first trimester of pregnancy. It lets you know whether you are at risk of carrying a fetus that may be affected by one of the most common birth anomalies: Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) and Trisomy 18.
As opposed to earlier ways of testing genetic disorders, PrenaTest is
- delivers results from one simple blood draw
- less painful
- does not carry the risk of miscarriage or harming the foetus
The test is designed for all pregnant women, regardless of their age. It offers results as early as in the first trimester, but may also be adapted for testing during the second trimester.
Why choose a Prenatest?
Although the Prenatest results do not provide a final diagnosis, it remains a very useful screening test for the following reasons:
- It is the best choice for prenatal screening for Down syndrome in the 1st trimester
- It does not pose any danger to the mother or to the fetus
- It provides prenatal screening options to mothers under the age of 35 (amniocentesis is reserved for women over the age of 35)
- It provides useful information to women 35 years of age and older before deciding to undergo a diagnostic procedure
Talk it over with your doctor.
- HUF 226,600
- Prenatal Plan holders can replace the Quadruple test listed in the Plan for an extra HUF 200,000, which also makes the potential amniocentesis invasive test unnecessary.
