Baby Massage Course

Our five week baby massage course is for you to learn and practice a baby massage routine which will help soothe and relax your baby. These massages can help to soothe wind and colic and promote relaxation for you and baby. Our course uses traditional Indian massage, Swedish massage, reflexology, baby yoga and settling techniques. There is plenty of time to share ideas and make friends at these weekly sessions.

The course consists of one 90 minute long class per week for 5 consecutive weeks and follows the guidelines of the IAIM.

Each week, a massage of a new area of the baby’s body is learned and the previous week’s teaching is reviewed. This culminates in learning a full body massage, along with a colic routine and gentle exercises.

You do not need to bring anything. Towels, oil and padded floor mats will be provided.
